When you get your BFP...
Will you tell right away?
Will you wait until you are in your second tri?
Will you tell some people... and wait to tell others?

If and when I get my BFP I will probably tell some people right away but I want to wait until I pass the mark that I lost my other two babies to tell others..

We'll tell everyone right away. Just like we've done with all our other pregnancies. For me and my own personal decision there isn't a magic number/month/trimester that is "safe". So we'll just celebrate immediately and hope it continues

We try to wait as long as possible. I don't want to tell until I'm really close to 2nd tri. We might tell one or two people before that, but definitely not family.

I'll probably tell some right away (those who know we are doing IVF). For everyone else I'll probably wait. I'm not sure. One step at a time.

We will wait to tell most people probably... Just like we did on our first... But there are several special people in our lives that we will tell... I can't just not tell anyone cause it is good news and I get so excited to just keep mouth shut...

We told our Parents my BFF..... And I told the nurses/techs I work with.. since I am being VERY careful about lifting, and moving, and being in certain pts rooms.... After my ultrasound tomorrow... I will tell my Son, and some of the other family. One way or another... whether the hb is strong or not.

We have already said that we wont tell the world like we did the last time. DH's mother made him promise that she knows has soon as we know - she has the Grandma fever BAD! I will also tell a few at work - Have several close friends that I work with plus being in a Peds office I need to be careful who I am around.

I will probably tell a couple people right away, just so I have someone to talk to when I am going crazy with worries. After that, I am leaning towards telling everyone after we see a heartbeat on u/s, like we did last time. DH is leaning towards waiting until the 2nd trimester. We will have to come to some sort of compromise, I guess.

I am definitely going to wait longer than 4wks this time - maybe until we get a heartbeat... but there are a few select people that know we're TTC again immediately so will probably share the news with them - my sister and niece, primarily... my loss was the first pg I've announced early and it bit me in the booty.

I'll tell certain people pretty quick. I'm sure we won't wait too long to tell others.

DH and I agreed that we were not going to tell anybody this time. We think it will be fun, and better for ourselves, if we just let people figure it out as we go.

I will tell everyone but my mom right away... Everyone was so supportive when I lost my baby that I feel I would need that again...

I'm not sure yet, Our first pregnancy we told everyone right away and then at our first u/s there was no hb. Our second pregnancy we waited til we saw a heartbeat and then told everyone then there was no hb at our 2nd u/s. So this last time we waited until I was safely in the 2nd trimester (posted on facebook at 14 weeks) we thought we were in the clear but then we found out she had trisomy 18 and we lost her at 15 weeks. We will probably tell right away because there there really is no safe time to tell, and it is just easier for people to know why we're so sad.

So far we have only told a select few friends (and of course all of you). I don't know how long we will wait. For sure until our ultrasound on Tuesday and then who knows. I have been itching to be able to blog about it so I might tell immediate family soon and then start blogging about it around 10 weeks.
