FF has taken away my o twice now and I think its going to stay like that. I have brown spotting today so looks AF is headed my way but way early. I am only on CD 25 today. It did have me o ing on cd 18 but like I said it was taken away twice. They popped it back on there after the first time they reassesed.

So looks like I really am stuck. My Dr wont see me again until I have charted for 3 mths. I have been ttc for a long time but he wants to see 3 charts. Since this was my first full month of charting.

I am so bummed out and feel so helpless. There is nothing I can do. Ugggghhh

Does anyone know if my hypothyroidism would be messing up my temps and maybe its possible I did o? The think is that for the last 3 mths my periods have not been real regular. I guess from the cyst. Before they were always every 28days but now it really varies. Last month it was a 35 day cycle and now its looking like its a 25 day cycle.

My chart is below if anyone wants to take a look.

I am so sorry, but I agree with FF that your cycle is anovulatory at this point (I am by no means an expert though). When was the last time you had your med levels checked? I had anovulatory cycle post m/c because my TSH was too high and my Free T3 were too low. Hypo will affect your temps, but it should effect them the entire cycle and if you O, you still have a clear thermal shift. Feel free to look at charts. My temps tend to run 96.2 - 96.8 pre o and 97.2 - 97.8 post O, even last cycle where my TSH 1.78. This cycle is a little wonky pre-o.

That really sucks when you think you O'd and then it turns out you didn't. I agree with FF at this point, too. It really looked like you could have O'd for those first few days. It's so hard when that happens. I hope your next couple of cycles are ovulatory so you can keep TTC uninterrupted, or that you can convince your doctor to see you earlier. Having to wait for the doctor when you know you have a problem is horrible.

are you taking meds for your thyroid? hypo thyroid can definitely mess with your cycles, as its main function is the metabolism of every system in your body. i would think you would have to be pretty uncontrolled tho, for it to affect ovulation.

also, and this is jmo, but FF is a tool and should not be taken as diagnostic. temping is very sensitive and any number of things can throw it off. if you slept extra warm or cold, mouth open, awoke a lot in the nigh, stretched before tempingt etc.... all can affect your temperature. FF is only as accurate as the data it receives. i am not saying you o'ed or you didnt, but i dont think you should place THAT much faith in it. keep charting so your doc can take a look at them, but also take comfort in knowing that only a blood test can tell if you are really o'ing or not!

i hope you get some answers soon. GL~

if you are being medicated for hypo, i dont see that having an issue an impact on your ovulation as long as you havnt had a sig. increase in TSH.

After my third loss I didn't Ovulate. It was verified by U/S... As for the thyroid yes it can affect whether you ovulate or not. I would talk to your Dr. I hope you find some answers... HUGS
