Ok I got overly excited today and took an Answer HPT and it was a :BFN: but I don't know for sure which DPO I am, I am just guessing off of my LMP, so maybe it's too early. I tried making an account to keep track on Fertility Friend to find out but it ended up giving me a headache. Apparently AF is due on the 9th, so is it possible that I just tested too soon? And when should I test again?

You definitely could be too early to test. I often am unable to stop my POAS addiction and start testing at 8 dpo, but that 8 dpo BFN is always expected and it never gets me down. The BFN definitely does not take you out of the game. I hope you get a BFP in the next week!

Yep - definitely too early! If your AF is due around the 9th, this would put your ovulation date somewhere around Feb 24ish +/-. You would only be 8dpo at best...that's pushing even an Answer test. Mine was BFN then too. Try again in a few days.. or tomorrow, whichever suits your fancy.

I think I will wait until Friday........ I will have to lock the tests up until then.... lol

I have always waited until the day before or the day AF is due so if it were me I'd wait til at least sunday
