It has only been a few weeks since our loss and im actually kinda scared i wont ovulate. I usually ovulate later( around day 21) so i assumed today would be my day 3 of higher temps, but i had a drop instead. Its freaking me out that maybe my body wont ovulate after the loss.
Has that happened to any of you before? Or do you think i just might ovulate even later this cycle?
We arent trying this month but i really do want to know if i ovulate.
Thanks for any insight ladies!!!

Hugs.
We had a loss 4 weeks ago and I'm waiting for a period, an ovulation an anything

I'm sure your body will start to ovulate again, I think it will just take a little longer than normal to perhaps get back on track.

Sending you ovulation dust but keeping a little for myself too

Hugs.

I had a m/c Feb. 8th. I ended up ovulating late. I wasn't expecting to ovulate at all, but it happened. So maybe it'll just be a little later for you. GL!!

I tried to get pregnant after my first two loses right away..but both times I did not ovulate right after I m/c. I actually had to have a normal cylce and then my body did what it was supposed to. Right on schedule in fact. You might have to wait until you've had one full cycle before your body gets back to normal. Good luck....I am sure it will happen soon for you!

I ovulated right on time the same cycle as my m/c last month and am now pregnant again. Oh yes, you can ovulate!! Be ready if you want to try to catch it!

Holly .... HUGS.. I am so sorry you have to go through this... After a m/c it can take months to get back on schedule... I have had three losses... after each loss it took different amount of times for me to feel my body back on track.. After my first loss... it was an early... early loss... at about 4 1/2 weeks... So my body got back on track within a cycle.. Got my second bfp a month later..... that loss required a d/e..... it took my body over 5 months... to get back on track... I m/c again.... I got a bfp 7 months later... my levels didn't rise. It took my body over 5 weeks for my levels to drop....... I went in for testing... and had an u/s.... and the first month I didn't ovulate... so they started me on clomid... on the third cycle.... I got another bfp.... So you can see Even with the same person.... it can vary... I hope your body gets on board.. and you do Ovulate this cycle and catch that egg!!!!

After my loss and D&C, it took 9 weeks for me to ovulate and 11 weeks to get AF. My cycles still aren't back to normal over 5 months later. I would say, just stay on the lookout for signs of ovulation (CM, O pain) and keep temping. That way if you do ovulate late, you will know when to expect AF. Cycles can just be a little weird after a loss. I'm sorry you have to experience this. Hugs.

Hello Holly!

Your cycle will more than likely run a little later than usual and seem out of the norm for a couple, few cycles. However you will more than likely ovulate, just not when you normally would. It's possible that you won't even... I would give it a cycle until AF shows then you'll have something to date from, have given your body some time to heal & your uterus a chance to sloff off then rebuild it's lining.

Hang in there honey... I know I O'd after my 2 losses this summer and right now I couldn't even begin to tell you since I'm on 30th day of bleeding/spotting from my recent ectopic pregnancy loss.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help chin up buttercup give yourself a break and try to see where this cycle takes you!

(btw do you have a link to you chart?)

hi hun, i'm so sorry for your loss!!! it is so hard to move forward. after all three of my losses, I ovulated much later than normal. almost a week later. it seems to be what lots of ladies experience. try to relax and not worry so much about it, cause the stress can reek havoc on your cycle too!! good luck and hugs
