I was doing laundry at my moms house since I don't have a washer, and some how I stepped on a piece of glass that went through the bottom of my flip flop, and when I stepped down on the step stepping out of the laundry room I felt it go through my foot, and I screamed and my mom said what's wrong and I said something just went in my foot.. I turned my foot looking at the bottom of my flip flop praying I didn't see a nail and I didn't see anything but I did see the blood pouring out of my foot.. So I was able to get my flip flop off and I was bleeding so bad my mom made me sit down cause she didn't want me fainting.. We got pressure on my foot, and when I looked and my flip flop I noticed a piece of glass in it, and I had about an inch and a half of a 2 inch wide piece pierce my skin and go into foot just under the big toe.. So I am in pain and have been real dizzy tonight, but other then that we got the bleeding stopped so no ER visit thank God..

Oh no.. that's scary. I stepped on a nail once when I was a kid. I know how bad that hurts. I'm glad you're ok though!

Well I wasn't expecting it to be this sore and swollen this morning.. I can barely walk on it, but I am being a trooper cause things don't do themselves..LOL Thanks ladies for all your well wishes.. It means alot to me..

I did get all the glass out that was the first thing I checked yesterday, and I opened the cut and sprayed so much bactine in it..LOL It's just a bad part of the foot to have glass go in since you put most of your pressure there when you step down.. Thanks for the well wishes..
