I recently watched 2012 this week... I really liked it, this is all stuff I've read about back in the day working for a holistic & natural foods store, they weren't short on conspiracy theory literature. LOL! Anyways... It was suspenseful and had some twists, turns. Kept me watching altho I should have been asleep LOL!

2012 TRAILER Dr. Adrian Helmsley, part of a worldwide geophysical team investigating the effect on the earth of radiation from unprecedented solar storms, learns that the earth's core is heating up. He warns U.S. President Thomas Wilson that the crust of the earth is becoming unstable and that without proper preparations for saving a fraction of the world's population, the entire race is doomed. Meanwhile, writer Jackson Curtis stumbles on the same information.

I also saw 2012 this past week... Really good, definitly kept me interested. Also saw Gamer. It was more of a guy movie. It was ok. Something to watch for 2 hours..

Im excited about this weekend... I will have my box of tissues in hand and ready.. We have Up in the Air and Time Travelers Wife to watch this weekend... Such a good movie weekend with all the rain.

I just watched Precious this week while my son was napping. WOW. It was so sad and really makes you think. Whenever you think your life sucks, there is always someone who has it worse. And this poor girl had it WORSE. I think it is worth seeing, but my stomach was turning during parts of it.

This past week I watched Boondock Saints 2, i loved the first one so I thought this one would be great. Well I was wrong, it was terrible and super cheesy.

I also watched The Hurt Locker, I'm not normally a fan of war movies but I thought it was great and would definitely recommend it.

I still haven't seen Alice in Wonderland yet but I'm hoping to see it this weekend.

DH and I finally went to see Alice in Wonderland, it was a great movie! (of course I love Johnny Depp) We saw it in 3D, which I thought took away some of the quality a little bit. But it was a fun movie, we'll be buying it.

I watched 'Yes Man' last night with Jim Carey. I was hoping it would be a good movie but I actually thought it was pretty dumb.

Also, because I love Johnny Depp, some other of his movies that I watched this week were 'Public Enemies' based on a true story which I thought was a good one, and Sweeney Todd which I just love because he sings so well!

Another cute movie that I liked but DH didn't really care for is 'Bedtime stories' with Adam Sandler. And one more to add to the list is 'Bourne Identity' and 'Bourne Supremacy'. DH rented them and they are really good, I think they're older and we have one more to watch to complete the series. It stars Matt Damon as a psychogenic amnesiac former Special Activities Division operative attempting to discover his true identity amidst a clandestine conspiracy within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). They want to track him down and arrest or kill him.

I just took the kids to see Alice in Wonderland and they loved it. I thought it was cute too. I'm always amazed at Johnny Depp's acting skills. That man comes up with a new voices and mannerisms and body gestures for every character! Some actors are the same no matter who they're playing but not him. I recommend it!

I want to see Precious but I'm worried it will be too much of a tear jerker.

A friend of mine Jarvis George was in Gamer!!! IMDB, my friend's profile page!!! We went to Kempsville Jr & Kempsville High School together... his brother is actually on Grey's Anatomy for several episodes IMDB page on Jason W. George

Sorry, I'm just proud of him he's done pretty good altho he's independent and is struggling for work, he works, but things aren't THAT busy.

Did I not say PRECIOUS was an awesome movie???!!! LOVED IT, Gabby is an AWESOME actress, she killed it and to think she skipped school to try out for the role per her mother's suggestion it's the total opposite to her real life but she did such an amazing job.

I REALLY REALLY want to see Alice in Wonderland, was going to take the kids to see it last weekend but we've all been dealing with the sickies
