As for the waking up at night as long as you get three hours of consistent deep sleep you are getting an accurate reading.. Also everyone has a different temp coverline.. Mine is normally in the 97's until after I O then it is in the 98's until AF shows.. Wether your body cramps or not would not effect the temp... Good luck hun..

I really have no idea how long I sleep between waking up at night because I don't have a clock in my room. My temps were all over the place. I have no idea why they were.

I don't know if I'm getting 3 hours of solid, deep sleep before waking up again. I don't have a clock in my room, so I have no idea what time I'm waking up or going to sleep at night.
