How do you feel emotionally around the week gearing up to O? Excited, nervous???

I'm on CD 5 and right now it's like the count down to bloody Christmas Day. I'm getting silly excited and a happy, nervous and anxious feeling

After O day I start to get worried and a bit unsure, questioning that we had sex enough times and talking myself into the fact that we can't be pregnant this month. Trying to ease myself into that BFN or next period arriving.

I get excited and nervous. It stinks that we have to wait 2 weeks to see if our hard work paid off

I'm pretty calm, cool, and collected (LOL) but the last couple of years, as I get older, the day I O I typically am moody, irritable, and no fun to be around. That along with a little bit of dull menstrual crampiness and I know that the egg has been sprung! That seems to defeat the purpose of my body wanting to be with my dh on O day. If I'm moody and irritable he tends to steer clear! LOL

After I O, I countdown my days constantly to 10DPO and on. I especially count down until when AF is due. The last couple of cycles the old hag has shown a couple days later than normal and that messes with your mind!

I usually get pretty frustrated around O time, because my cycles are irregular, and I can O anywhere from CD19-CD???? That means I start doing OPKs and BDing every other day around CD 15... and some cycles that goes on for almost 3 weeks. It gets old.

last month, I was super excited and anxious.... It was almost as nerve wrecking as waiting to see a BFP during the 2 week wait!
