I have been so anxious about AF showing after my loss that yesterday when I saw some brown blood on the TP I assumed she was here. I never had enough bleeding to even show up on a pantyliner, only when I wiped. Today I am bleeding not heavy but I know my period has started for sure.

So my question is this, is cycle day 1 yesterday or today?

Today is CD 1.. though it depends on the amount of blood you saw yesterday... if it was just light spotting or bleeding.

I was told CD 1 would be the onset of full bleeding.. If its just light spotting then that would not count. So if yesterday was just enough to show on tp I would count today at CD 1 but I could be wrong.

I figured today was CD 1, I've just never had spotting before AF before...
