How many of you girls are taking prenatals, vitamins, etc?

What are you taking?

When I got my BFP, I bought a box of the Women's One a Day Prenatal, duo box, came with a bottle of the DHA pills too....now what do I do with them...? Will it hurt if I continue to take them? Isn't it recommended to take prenantals when TTC anyway?

I'm taking a prenatal my midwife gave me when I was pregnant with DD. She said she wants me taking prenatals until I know I am done having kids... So I say keep taking them

I was also told to keep taking them. I have a huge bottle of store brand prenatals that I take every day. I will also take prometrium starting 3 DPO until CD 30 or I get a BFP

I'm on prescription prenatals called "Prenate"-- actually the generic for them. I was given a bottle plus 12 refills at my first prenatal appointment in September. They're free at Meijer so I keep refilling. I have 6 refills left and I plan to take all of them. I also take an extra folic acid tablet a day with them.

I say keep taking them. I take a natural and organic vitamin supplement and add extra iron, folic acid.
My vitamins have folic acid of 800mcg (full daily dose) and then my iron has it too 200mcg per tablet (I take 3). So all in all I take lots of folic acid.

When you're TTC you should have 800mcg of Folic Acid per day... I was told the sooner the better to take it and taking it before you're pregnant is THE BEST so ya KEEP TAKING the prenatals it's good for you to have a supplement to your daily food intake.

I take RAINBOW LIGHT once a day prenatals, B complex & a Omega fatty acids
