Awe Colleen, ya I feel you... it's hard not to lurk around other boards like the DDC's and such. It can be rather depressing tho, but just know that some of them (unexpected pg) have a whole different set if issues (not a greiving devasting ones that we have) but total different set none the less. We don't know what's going on with them over it or what exactly their circumstances are, but to us... they don't know how lucky they are, what if they had of been in our shoes... we just cannot understand their devastation to BE pg when we want nothing MORE than TO BE pregnant.

And it's entirely and totally OK to feel this way... it's part of our GRIEF of our little ones.

I STILL lurk the May 2010 DDC and the September 2010 DDC... how crazy is that?! Talk about instant depression. I still go though and I still think about how far along I'd be with each of the pregnancies, especially the first one because I was showing and having tons of pregnancy symptoms so my pregnancy was so real.

I still have the program on my iPhone set to the due date of the baby I will never hold. I like to look at how big she would have been. It's hard when we do these things to ourselves. I agree though that those women have a whole other set of issues to deal with. We would love to be in their situation, but we can't blame them for not having the same desires as us. I work with teenagers and have seen a few get pregnant. It is sad because I want a baby and don't have one, and they never wanted one and have one. However, eventhough they are immature, they are learning. One teenage couple comes by my office from time to time with their little baby girl to show her off to me. (They know I love seeing her!) She has had several heart surgeries and has down syndrome; a lot for two teenage kids to deal with. But she is a beautiful little baby and those kids are doing the best they can to raise her. Although they didn't plan for her, they love her as much as anyone loves a baby they prayed for!
