Hi Ladies - longtime lurker, trying to post more frequently. What have you guys heard about taking resveratrol while TTC and PG? I'm not PG yet, but I have a bottle and the news was just reporting huge benefits associated with it for general health (it's the stuff in red wine). Was wondering if anyone has asked their Dr. about it? I googled it and alll that really comes up are resveratrol sites, which I view as biased. TIA!

Pam

Resveratrol While Pregnant or Breastfeeding - Health Tips - Diet Reviews

i dont think it has any connection to the supplement. imo if something hasnt been tested you probably shouldnt take it. on my bottle of it it says on the label not to take if pregnant or bf. you can take it until you get pregnant tho.

Well you could drink the juice they have out... it's safe enough, but I'm not sure about a concentrated supplement taking it while pregnant or TTC.

It has allot of great things in it and they're all good for you, in moderation as with anything... people tend to take too much of the supplements and that's where you get your bad reactions.
