UGH. TTCAL Sucks.

today...about 12dpo (based on OPKs so I could be 11 i guess). BFN this morning. And cramps. And now spotting...

Last cycle (after m/c) my LP was about 11-12. Not the greatest. if I full on start bleeding today it will be 10-11 I am taking 50mg of B6. Should I take 100 this month?

I was super excited that we may catch it this month..and then my EDD would have been day before my DD's birthday. I was just really excited. And now I feel defeated. We planned the BDing perfect, I lay in bed for 20-30 min after every time. I took my prenatals and my B6. UGH.

I do not want to go out and buy OPKs again. This isn't any fun.

OK end vent
Katie

I am so sorry. I know how that feels. Try to keep your chin up. Things will work out....

Hugs. TTCAL is horrible. It's such a roller coaster every cycle. I hope that next cycle is the lucky one for you.

I was taking a B vitamin complex (it had 50 mg of B6) for LP spotting before AF. I took it for several months and I didn't feel like it did anything for me, so I stopped. I wasn't willing to give a higher dose a try.

Hugs.

you have to be careful about b6 - if you take too much it can really be bad. i can't remember how much exceeds the recommended levels but what I can tell you is to remember you get b6 from things you eat too. i tried b6 to lengthen my lp but it never worked. i had to get progesterone supplements for the LP. You might want to have your progesterone checked. short lp is sometimes a sign of lack of progesterone! good luck!

Thanks Lynda. I'll look into the B6 again. I know I took 100mg tablets when preggers for motion sickness so I think 100 is at least safe.

I am starting to wonder about my hormones now...since I got a faint pos yesterday and started AF today...
