Hi, ladies! I have a question: Is is possible to be having early pregnancy symptoms at 3 dpo? I believe I ovulated on Monday. I know, it's probably just my imagination, but this morning and yesterday I have felt queasy, crampy (in abdomen), & tired in the afternoons even with adequate sleep at night. Also, (TMI) my nipples have darkened in color and are sore. My DH & I did BD A LOT this week around Ovulation, but I'm still thinking it's too early for any symptoms. Any ideas or comments? Thanks!

At 3pdo... you haven't even implanted yet... BUT alot of ladies swear they know and have early syptoms!! SO I am hoping this is it for you!! KUP Can't wait to hear of a BFP!

I agree with kary. BTW, I had pg symptoms during my last pg since 4DPO, so I think it's possible.. i hope this is it for you!

Hello there and welcome to TTCAL,

It's very unlikely at 3dpo to experience symptoms since the egg wouldn't have even had a chance to implant yet... not until about 7-10dpo, even up to 12dpo does the egg start to implant and at that time you'd notice cramping maybe even some spotting. (IB or implantation bleeding)

It could be IPS (imaginary pregnancy symptoms) when our minds play tricks on us as much as we want to be pg OR.... that your dates are off and you're further along dpo than you think.

Good luck and hang in there, you will be able to start testing in about 6 days! That's not long now... @ 9dpo it's very low chance to detect hCG, but some ladies get their BFP on 9dpo (esp if you're father than you think)

Thanks everyone for the response. I'm sorry in advance for not putting (pg mentioned) in the title, I certainly wouldn't want to cause any pain for anyone reading this. I'm still going to wait it out - 3dpo is very early, so it could be my mind playing tricks on me! Will keep everyone updated.
