Ok, I am trying to figure out what my post m/c cycles are going to be like. I know every woman is different and what not but generally speaking what happened to everyone's cycle after m/c? The cycle before my m/c was 37 days which is pretty normal for me. And then after I lost the baby in January it was 40 days from the start of heavy blood flow to my next period. I am trying to figure out if that means 40 days will be my new normal or if it will work back down. I know 3 days isnt that much difference but it can really affect my O date prediction and BD! Did anyone find that the length of time it took for their cycles to resume after m/c is relevant to the current length of their cycles? I hope you ladies understand what I am trying to say. Its just that its still my first true cycle after my m/c and I am still unsure about what to expect. I know I am getting close either way to AF but I just hate waiting to find out! Thanks ladies!

After coming off of BCP I would range anywhere from 28-32 days each month. I was off BCP for 6 months before I got pregnant. My first period after my m/c happened 32 days after which is within the norm for me. I never charted or used OPK's before I got pregnant but I will use OPK's this month to try and narrow down when I O since I have a range of days with my cycles.

Hello there!

Well generally the first cycle or two are longer and then they gradually get back to your "norm" before your loss. I can take anywhere from 3 months to 6 months to get 100% back on track to what you were used to.

Hope this helps you!
