I also posted this on TTCMA. At least I know why I had my 2 losses, praying Clomid works!!!

Yesterday was my first appointment with the RE. It was a consultation visit so I did not expect much. Figured I would fill out paperwork and talk to the doctor. Wow, I was wrong!

He talked to us for over half an hour then said "ok, lets get started!" He said nothing about my age; his concerns are my miscarriages.

Since I was CD4 he did bloodwork and an ultrasound right away. Then gave me clomid 100mg to take cd 5-9. He said my ovaries are showing signs of low ovarian reserve which could be the reason for my losses and not getting pregnant.

My FSH came back at 9.2 (up from 6.6 last year) and estrogen high at 59.3 (they like to see it under 50).

I go on Monday for a blood draw and then Tuesday for a (SIS) Sonohysterogram. Anyone have one of these? I guess they are going to put a catheter in my uterus and then fill it with solution and look at my insides. I heard it hurts.

I'm so excited for you Missy!!!

Com'on M & M's I had a small dream about you and little blonde haired 2-4yr olds. One I think was a boy. It was too short of a dream to go by, like a flash before my eyes type... I promise to tell you if I have more or recollect more of it!

Oh, I did find that book and papers the RE gave me, you might have the same / similar ones.... but the clomid challenge we were talking about, eh, I'll tell ya later

BTW, thanks for yesterday

Love you Missy!!

HUG MISSY!!! WOOO HOOO!!!!

As for the SIS..... In the paper work I got from my RE... I was told that when I schedule mine (Which I never got to do.. since we were dealing with that 8,600 blood work bill)...... But in my paper work it says to take advil/mortin prior to the test... It is uncomfortable.. but not overly painfull. It says you may have cramping during and after, It also said to bring a pad with you, since you may leak alittle saline.

I hope this is it for you!!!!

OMG Celena, last time you had a dream it was that Lori was pregnant and she was! Oh I can only pray... Love you too!!

Thanks for your support Ladies, I so appreciate all of your support. I know I have not been real active on the JM boards like I used to be but I needed a break. After a year of TTC it was becoming an obsession and not good...

Thanks Kary
