My cycles have been a little bit over the chart lately. My first AF after my loss was on Dec 11 2009 then 27 days later she showed up again. After another 28 days she showed up. So far pretty regular. Next cycle was 30 days and this last one was only 19 days.
This last period was more painful than most and started with spotting first and light color then we did BD this past friday and it started with a full blown effect with usual AF pains. Today it was even more and I had two clots and fairly big ones. (TMI I know). I took two ibuprofen and went to bed with heated rice baggie to put on my belly. This helped. I am a little tired of irregular cycles.
A friend of mine mentioned Vitex. This is a natural supplement that supposedly is help regulate your periods to be more even spaced and also give you a boost of progesterone (I think).
I am going to do my own research on it. Do anyone know about this supplement?

Vitex or Chaste Berry info I found is below
How can Vitex (Chaste berry) help me get pregnant?

I have never heard of it. That is actually my fear. Irregular cycles. Mine have been so regular for all of my life and I hope they get back to normal quickly.

Hope yours do too!

I have heard of it but have no idea what it is. Let us know what you find out!

Sounds like you really only had one irregular month....I do hope that was a fluke and it does not happen again. 27-30 days is not a big jump. Mine before I got pregnant with my DD were 29-33 in length.

Now since having my DD...They have been long (50 days, and two 35 day) and have resulted in 2 m/c's.

I do hope they get on track and you get that beautiful BFP!!

Katie
