Has anyone taken these 2 herbs to help with fertility? A friend of a friend took these 2 together after ttc for 9yrs with no luck. After 2mths of taking these she became pg. Clomid and other medical intervention never worked for her but these 2 herbs did.

Has anyone tried them? I am trying them for sure. It cant hurt.

Never tried. I've never even heard of them, but I would talk to your ob/gyn before you do. Some herbs have side effects you may not like.

A friend of mine spoke to me about Vitex (Chaste berry). This is something again that you may want to bring up with your OB doc or nurse. It is suppose to help aid the gland that produces the hormones that regulate Progesterone and Estrogen. I had posted something about this in earlier post I think from this past weekend. I have no idea about dong quai at all.

Oh yes I know not to take it if I become pg. Its just to get you to that point. You only take it on cycle days 5-14. Then wait to see if you are pg.
