Hi gals, yesterday I had my first RE appt. I was so nervous. I didn't know what to bring so I brought my charts from the last year - LOL He chuckled a bit when I brought them out. Very nice man! Clinic was a bit stale, but people were nice.

He confirmed what I already know, and that is that I'm ovulating! He told me that with three miscarriages there could be something going on in there as far as maybe some scar tissue from the miscarriages or blocked tubes. He said it seems odd that I was able to get pregnant pretty ease and then after my third m/c, nothing! I agreed.

We are starting at the beginning. With my next AF, he ordered CD3 bloodwork to check hormones. He ordered an HSG for my next cycle too. DH has to have his swimmers tested. I'm glad that my OB was progressive and gave me clomid. He suggested trying clomid and I told him i've done both clomid and femara. So he said we should do the testing and see where to go from there based on the results. Made sense to me.

So I feel better to be moving forward, even if it's at a snail's pace!!! I'm getting ready to O, but finding myself very disinterested in it! I just want to know what's going on with my body and then deal with it quickly!

I have been waiting on pins and needles! I am glad to hear it was a good appt. Curious - did you have a D&C or D&E after any of the m/c? Here's to finding some answers for you!

Lynda sounds like a great DR! I hope these tests, and studies lead you to an easy fix! And a sticky BFP.. and a little miracle in your arms in 9 months!!! HUGS

Lynda, I only ask my whole no AF drama was caused by a small adhesion that blocked my cervix. Dr. said it is rare to have adhesions with one d&c, but I am never a text book case when it comes to medical.

your appointment sounds like a good one and that your doc has a plan of action so far! Lynda it has to be a huge relief that he's going to do so much and hopefully returns more hope of holding that little one in the nearer future! (it has to me)
