So I have been trying to get a hold of my RE's office as everytime I called yesterday and this morning kept getting the answering machine. Well, just now I finally reached them and well... THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!

Here's the kicker tho... the nurse said Dr has to review them because of what I have going on???!!!

So, since my Dr just got back into town today she's going to review them and give me a call within a couple of days. Can we say PINS & NEEDLES???!!! Wish they could have told me something today, but I guess there is something going on that the dr needs to talk with me about. It will be interesting to hear what she says... can't help but to wonder if it's the worst case senario or the best or neutral?

Also, if I get AF here soon they want me to call on the first day of real flow. I keep having crampy feelings so I don't know if she's going to show soon or what. Guessing it's going to be a doozie if so.

Praying she calls me SOON, I can't take the wait... patience is not always my best vertue especially when coming to this.

I wanted to add a few background things about my doc.

This RE I go to it's just her, so when she explained the testing and how the process would go... when they come in she looks over them. She then explained if there was something found it goes into this "pile" (she called it something) on her desk. She then reviews it, calls the patient and explains treatment plans schedules an appt and then goes from there.

Honestly not worried about this, I understand why and am ok with he not giving me the results. Something could get lost in translation and there's no way she would have been able to tell me the plan Dr.F would do at this point. Altho I squeezed out my beta results the last time, was hoping I could have gotten SOMEthing out today. Oh well right?

Ughhhh I hate it when the docs say Oh we will call you in a few days with blood results.... ummmmm do they not know those DAYS will seem like YEARS?!!! I hope it goes by fast, and I hope it's good news.

Hey Celena, I hope you hear all good news. Don't think to much into the person who answers the phone not giving you your results, I work for a doctor and I can't give pt results until he signs off on them whether they are good or bad. So, i know it's hard but just be patient. Usually if they aren't in a rush to get back to you, it's good news. keeping my fingers crossed you get the news that you want.

So I have a non-update is what I'd like to call it, LOL... well I called today to let them know I had started AF yesterday and to beg for some sort of quickie on my results. Well the receptionist tells me to hang on for quiet a while, comes back to tell me that nurse M said that Doc took my file home to review & study the results and something else so I won't be able to hear anything until Monday. HOLE-E-POOP!?!?!? So, I'm wondering why she would take it home... just going to try to let it go until then, yeah right!

There goes CD3 blood work since my file wasn't in the office, nurse M doesn't know what to do and what else to draw for... not a happy lady. Wonder if they could do it monday, but that would be CD5.

Well look at it this way. At least your dr. is being very thorough with it. Hopefully they will be able to the stuff since you will be on cd5. If they can't then I am sure they will on your next cycle. Also, it may be best anyways b/c if dr. is still reviewing your file and results then they may not know what all to test for on this cycle. At least by next cycle she will have a plan for you!



Hopefully Easter will help keep your mind off it this weekend. I know it is easier said than done though.
