I LOVE CHILDREN BOOKS!!!!


I went to school for education. I am currently trying to find a teaching job. Not sure if you ladies have heard of it before, but scholastic sells books for a very cheap price (in my opinion).

I have at least 6 storage tubs FULL of books. I always buy the $1 books every month. I usually end up with about 10-20 $1 books a month

So ladies.....


What are some of your favorite children books?

*I love Eric Carle books! Especially The Very Hungry Caterpillar is my absolute fav. book of his
*The Napping House & The Big Hungry Bear and the Red Rip Strawberry by Don and Audrey Wood
*Dr. Seuss Books
*Go Away Big Green Monster (kids loved that book at the daycare)
* The Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly ( I have a puppet and the kids loved getting to put the fly, bird, cat, dog, etc in her mouth while I read the book. They all got an animal and had to wait turns etc. I would have to read the book about 10x a day for them)
*Goodnight Moon


I am sure I could go on!


I actually buy my nephew books all the time. He used to come visit and stay the night with me a lot before my m/c. We would read books and sing songs for like an hour or so before he would fall asleep. He loved all my books (especially my dinosaur books)
