I am not too surprised at Banjo as Rachel Griffiths is an Aussie, so it is a reference to an Australian musical instrument.
I feel sorry for some of the kids. Some of the names are just hideous and laughable. I wonder if they actually thought about meanings behind the names or just b/c they thought they sounded 'good'

Esella is a cute name, Fifi Trixibell is just cruel. There is a difference between original and completely insane
