They are only 17. I'm not even late for my period yet, it would have arrived. The DR's office just called and went over how they think it should be 200 by now. Does this make sense? I haven't even missed my P yet. I'm technically only 3 weeks 6 days. They are concerned about ectopic. I'm just going to keep thinking positive and that my numbers will go up when i go back tomorrow. GRRRR.....there has got to be good news, i can't go thru this a 5th time.


******not good news here. My numbers were 17 on monday and today they are 16, so it's inevitable. I'm just waiting to start to bleed. I'm so angry right now. 5 times now, this is rediculous.
On to next month, I'm going to start clomid with the hopes that if i release multiple egg, then maybe one will be healthy. I can't wait to go home today, so that I can just cry.

Shortcake, i'm going back tomorrow morning to have them drawn again. She said that if I go before 9 they should have the results by noon. I'm keeping positive.

Didn't you say it was a reallllly light positive? I am praying it was later implanter and that your #'s double!

As far as the 200 #...are they going my your LMP and not your O day? If you have not even missed your period I would think that # could be JUST fine.

I think this is way too early to be talking ectopic...your body hasn't even had the chance to do what it is supposed to. I would not panic until you have some real evidence and answers.....good luck and I will be praying for you!

Think of it like this:

You haven't missed AF yet and the old 5 days sooner FRER detects hcg at level 25 or something like that. But it is only 99% accurate the day *of* a missed period. So based on that, and I'm no expert, but it seems like as long as you're close to 25 the day of the missed period then you're cool.

I'm sorry they have scared you like this. You don't need this. Blessings!

OK lets look at this... At 3 weeks 2 days... My HCG was 57.20 (With a twin birth).... At 3weeks 6 days My HCG was 239.21 WITH TWINS! I don't know why they would say you should be 200......

Since if you implanted later your number will be lower.. You just have to remember it is not the initial number... but the doubling time... I wouldn't be to concerned yet Lets get that second number!!!

Thanks ladies, i'm so tired of this roller coaster, i actually thought to myself today, that's it, i'm done. But then i thought about not having a baby in my harms, and i knew, even if this is not the one, i'm still going to try.
Hoping i don't have to try anymore.

Tomorrow is the day my P is supposed to get here so I think it would be the perfect day to find out that my numbers have gone up.

Thanks ladies, I went in this AM for my second Betas, they said the results should be in by noon. I work for the same health care system so you know i have been looking at my medical record every 10 minutes... i think i will know before they do.
