True or False its easier to get pregnant while sick?

I was reading a pregnancy magizine, and it said that when women arent sick their immune system tries to fight off foreign invaders (sperm...) But while she is sick it makes it easier for the sperm to get in because our defenses are down.

I think I could probably agree with a statement. The first time i got PG I was very sick (probably swine flu). On the other hand, it seems easy for my body to get pregnant, it just won't stay pregnant ...
