Ok people....I have been having babies for a long time now and I have used a ton of different hpt's over the years and I have known that some are more sensitive but I have heard some stuff about a certain "pink wrapper" frer....what exactly have you ladies been having a problem with? I took an answer today (9dpo) and got a bfn, but then I took a pink wrapper frer and I got a very very faint line...should I not trust that? Just wondering what the problems with these have been....???

*Update....the more I look the more I don't see anything. I will test again in a few days and ???*

***Today is 12 dpo and blaring bfn...so I was seeing what I wanted to see and I am pretty sure I am out. Not just due to the bfn but also because I just have that feeling...the one that says this isn't my month. I feel very discouraged right now and I am just not sure if it's meant to be again. I won't lose all hope until af shows...but at this point I may need to rethink the ttc again and maybe it's time to move on. Who knows...just on a downer today I guess...

Oh no, we LOVE pink wrapper FRERS!
Theyre the most sensitive test there is.

Just check them with another test.
(as you would with any hpt)

If you got a faint line on a PINK FRER...

In my experience the new FRERs go positive one day before the Answers.

i hope its a bfp! i've never had a problem with a frer, but i think the ones i used had a white wrapper.

Pink wrapper FRER's tend to show a "shadow" line at first before the 3 minute mark which can be rather confusing until you look at the test after the test develouping time.

WHITE wrapper FRER's do NOT do this, but are scarce to be found now a days since they switched to the pink wrapper ones.

The pink wrappers are not as good as the old white ones.... Alot of false + before the time limit.. like Celena said.. they have a ghost line. Were the old ones did not.
