Did your doctor tell you to wait to TTC? what about to DTD?

I don't have to go to my OB until May and was curious what others doctors told you ladies , thanks in advance!

I can't really tell you since I just had my D&C 9 days ago...I am going to see my doctor next friday, so i'll know then...I do know that my doctor told me to wait 6 months, but he said the same thing after my daughter was stillborn in October...I think he wants me to wait for emotional reasons...I am also curious about DTD...I've read different things online about TTC and DTD, so i'm not sure...sorry i'm no help.

OB told us to wait 1 month to have sex and 3 cycles before TTC.

We had sex 5 days after my D&C.
We started TTC immediately. I laughed at my OB when she said wait 3 months. Yeah. Right. Like that's going to happen.

My OB told me to wait 2 weeks to have s.. and at least one cycle to TTC again because it helps them to calculate the due date. He also said I will know when I am ready.

I didn't have a D&C, but my doc cleared me to try right away. I think the only reason to wait is emotional reasons.
