I actually have a few questions about IUD's. I have Mirena. (? on sp.)


- What IUD did you have?

- How long did you bleed for when you had it put in?

- When did you get your first period after having it put it?

- Did you get a period every month?

- If so, was it like a normal period for you or was it just spotting?

- Did you ever miss a period?

- If you missed a period or didn't get AF, did you cramp like you were going to start?


The reason why I ask is I had AF on March 17th. I was supposed to get AF yesterday April 14th but didn't. I had one little spot of pink blood on the tp mon. night, tues., and once today. I have been constipated really bad from the chemo and my nausea medication so I that could have made me spot a little. Not sure what the spotting was from.

I had the IUD put in on the 23rd or 24th. (can't remember the exact day. One of those two though). I bled for about a week and a half. So I am not sure how to calculate for my next AF. Maybe she is not supposed to show until next Tuesday or Wed. if I go by my bleeding with the IUD.

Honestly, I can't answer all of your questions. I have herpes simplex 2, which is genital herpes so I can't get an IUD. Hopefully some one here has your answers sweetie.


Edt to add: DH gave me herpes....not that it's a big deal, just saying though......
