4/19.
I hate these OPK's. So far they haven't changed at all. But, tonight I have TONS of EWCM . I think I'm going to talk to DH and DTD tonight and tomorrow (maybe 2 times tomorrow ) just to cover our bases. Plus, I'm having O pains. I know my body. I don't know about these dang OPK's....well at least this brand.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4/18
Took today's test and it was even lighter than the days before....a little strange to me.... wouldn't even show up in pix it was so light. According to pregnology.com I should O tomorrow. Maybe I'll try later tonight again and see what happens. A little disappointed.

OK, here are my OPKs for today, I managed to get pix. The top OPK is from this morning, the bottom is from about 5 minutes ago. I still see no change and even fertility friend says I should O tomorrow. Hell, I dunno...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So today is 4/16/10 and I just took my very first OPK. It is a Clear Blue Easy OPK. The control line is on the right and my "surge" line is on the left.
Both are same OPK, one just blurry-er than the other:

So does this mean since my line is lighter I'm not at my "surge" and I should check again tomorrow? <-- That's what the CBE directions said. Just wanting your opinions as well please!
Thanks,
Michelle T.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OK, today is 4/17 and here is my OPK for today. DH and I BD'ed last night (mostly for fun ) but today's doesn't look much different. Or am I not reading it right???

yeah, I think you need to test again tomorrow. The line has to be the same color or darker than control line.

i've never used that kind so i'm not sure...Usually the test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line...i'd keep testing! GL!

You are so close. I'd start testing a few times during the day from tomorrow on wards till you get a positive.

Good luck

You are definately getting close. I would test tomorrow early afternoon and then again around 6-7 pm. I have used that brand before and the test line gets darker than the control line. I also used the digi at the same time to make sure

Good Luck and start BD'ing!

Yea... they are still not looking +.... Are you testing late afternoon/early night? They say you should use FMU or 2MU.... Are you temping? You have to remember the websites that you put in your "Avg cycle length" take 14 days from the end date you put in... like 28 day cycle count 14 days back CD14 you will ovulate, 29 day cycle CD15, 30 day cycle CD16.... If you are not like clock work.. EVERY MONTH... that is not a good way to "know" when you will ovulate. I would test again tomorrow afternoon... What CD are you on?

Kary, I've been using FMU and then tonight I held pee for 5 hours and tested again. I have a 27 day cycle and I'm on CD11. Am I testing too early then? And, no, I don't temp.

With OPK's it's a little different.... it is documented that we generally have a surge in the morning BUT it will not show up in the urine until the afternoon. So best time to test is between 11am-11pm. So it's better to not use FMU anyways because the surge won't show up or be accurately depicted from FMU.

It looks like you may have O'd the other day, but I would test say 8pm tonight and 11am tomorrow just to be sure.

I would say yes.. you started too early.... But that is ok... If your cycle is 27 days.. you should O.. around the 13th.. So I would not expect you to get a + opk until tomorrow...... But keep BD... get them swimmers at the GATE!!!! When that egg releases they can be waiting!!!
