Do you use them with FMU or later in the day? And do you do it at the same time each day or does it matter?

I just started using and the directions said same time each day. I usually get up around noon-ish, so my "FMU" is actually around 2pm....that's when I plan on doing it every day.

I have read not to use FMU because LH doesn't get metabolized into your system until later in the day. I usually try to test midmorning (10-11) and once I have a decent line, I switch to twie a day.

I test around 1-2 times a day(around CD 10 or so), then closer to O 3 times a day, once around 11, then around 5 and then before bed...Same time every day.

I test every day at the same time. Noon time.

I also started testing a few times a day this past cycle so I didn't miss it. Every 3 hours or so...

Thanks ladies! I've been doing them at different times and they've all been negative.

Although, I'm pretty stoked that I found my ovulation microscope. I thought I had tossed that after getting pregnant with Daniel, but apparently not.
