Just lost another baby... my 6 month puppy Browning :(

He got hit by a car tonight and was killed instantly. I feel like I lost another child.

I feel so empty and I don't know how I'm going to handle this. I might be MIA ... just don't know.

I am so sorry for your loss. We have a pup a couple months younger than your Browning and are already so attached. I just can't imagine what you are going thru.

I am so sorry, my most beloved pet was an overweight, waddling little dachshund. When she died it broke my heart, I had to take a few days of from work. Be gentle with yourself and grieve as you need.

I am so so terribly sorry that you lost your precious little furbaby.

It is never easy to lose someone or something that you are really attached to. If you need us we are here to life you up but if you need time then we'll understand.

Thank you ladies. I'm not taking it well at all. I'm just a mess. Every where I turn in the house there is something that reminds me of him. And then it does not help that right outside on the road there is red splatter that is killing me every time I look.

Katie, Im so sorry for the loss of your puppy........I cant imagine. I have three dogs myself, and they are such a part of my family. Greiving for your Browning will be a tuff one, I wont lie. I would ask dh, when your ready, to slowly pick up his things around the house. i had to do this with one of my animals, but not for a week or so after I lost him. Im thinking about you and sending bigs hugs your way.

Katie, I'm so sorry for the loss of Browning. It's just as hard to lose a furbaby as losing a family member. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and I worry and care for them like they were my real babies. I feel just horrible for you. Take your time grieving.
