I don't want to wait.

Hi Girls

I was told by Dr to wait for my 1 cycle to pass before we start trying again. But I am O and I really don't want to wait.What do you guys thinks what are the reason DR say to wait 6 weeks 2 -3 cycles?

They tell you to wait so that they can date the pregnancy if you got pg again. My dr told me to go for it, that my body wouldn't let me get pregnant if it wasn't ready to. Good luck.

My OB told me to wait 3 cycles. I laughed at her. We didn't wait. We started trying immediately....5 days after my D&C to be exact.

I think you should do what you feel is best and in your heart.

I didn't wait after my loss in October....I started TTC 10 days later...I keep saying that i'm going to wait till after my first AF this time, but I bet I won't...I agree that if your body isn't ready you probably won't get pregnant, but i'm no doctor...I know that my doctor told me to wait 6 months for emotional reasons...I'd do what you think is best

We didn't wait with any of our losses. My doctor told me there was no medical reason to wait (besides dating the next pregnancy) and that if your body is not ready you will not get pregnant. Only once did I get pregnant immediately after a m/c but that ended m/c as well. However, my sister got pregnant the cycle after a loss and had my niece healthy and happy only 9 months later.

I talked to a grief counsellor who told me that waiting is something we are told to deal with the emotional side of things. But some people need to keep trying as a way to cope and deal. So if you feel ready - go ahead and try.

I waited for AF to show and then TTC again. I got PG on the second cycle after 1st m/c but that ended in another m/c. I don't know if trying that soon was the reason for my 2nd m/c..

I had a loss last cycle and was told the same thing. When I asked why, they said because the lining needs time to build back up. So me being the annoying patient that I am, s�id "so basically because it might be harder to get pregnant" and they said yes. Which basically means nothing bad would happen if I did get pregnant, just that my body would not get pregnant if it's not ready anyways. So I ignored them lol We TTCd this cycle and am in the TWW now!

I didn't you lost your little peanut. I am so sorry!!! We where both in the Nov DDC.
