I had chemo this morning at 8:00. It took 3 1/2 hours. They had trouble finding a vein, then it start hurting so they had to stop the drip for a little while. I had to get magnesium through the IV because it was lower than last time. I am SUPER tired(fell asleep on the way home) and started feeling sick already. Haven't actually thrown up yet though. I feel week when I stand and a little dizzy.


Dr. update: I def. have to get all 4 chemo treatments as of now (2 more left). If I am not negative by my next treatment then they will probably add another chemo treatment. They checked the IUD and said strings are in place but didn't take it out. I told them how I am having pain either abdominal, stomach, or ovaries. All in that area. They really didn't seem too concerned. Told them I have been cramping really bad and my back has been hurting worse. They decided to do an urinalysis there but it didn't show any signs of infections. Now the question is why am I hurting so bad. I talked to the lady that does my chemo scheduling and stuff. She is going to ask about getting an u/s done so I am waiting to hear back on that.


I asked the dr. since my hcg increased does that mean the cells or tissue is increasing. She said it could just mean that I still have the tissue and cells in my body. I brought up what my OBGYN said about cells/tissue being embedded in my uterus. My dr. supervisor was in the room and he commented on this. He said, "sometimes a d&c cannot reach some cells and tissue because it is embedded in the uterus and said the only way to determine for sure is to do a hysterectomy. You are not to that point yet so that is why we are not positive. We do not know if you have cells/tissue embedded in your uterus." Basically if I do have the cells and stuff embedded the chemo should take care of it.

That is pretty much it. I tried asking about my beta's while I was pg. but they never gave me a clear answer on it. I also asked about my u/s pics. She did mention that mine were a little foggy looking. I told her I threw up a lot and couldn't keep all the water down. She said that is another sign of a molar pregnancy. That was about all she said about the pictures. I was kind of hoping for more than that but oh well.

I will try and keep you ladies posted if I get an u/s done. Hopefully I will hear from them tonight or tomorrow. They called me at 8pm last time so there is a chance that they could call tonight.

Thank you ladies. I slept about 11 hours last night so I am feeling alright this morning! AF is picking up so that is good b/c that is pretty much like normal there.

Thanks! It sure is kicking my booty this week. I am wiped out and have felt nauseous all day. I am going to bed and it isn't even 8pm yet.
