Hi gals, wanted to give you a quick update. I went in and they did an u/s and there is a sac, but I guess the area around the sac showed some kind of modeling (for lack of a better word) that indicates the lining of the uterus is breaking up, thus I am miscarrying again. I showed my dr. my tests that are just about negative now and she said it probably is because of decreasing hcg. So this one is not going to make it either!
My Dr. and I had a long talk and I need to have cycle day 3 bloodwork taken to check my hormone levels and they want to do the hsg not because they want to see if my tubes are clear (cause obviously they are) they want to look at the uterus in detail. I guess they do that with the hsg. My Dr. told me she is suspecting premature ovarian failure, as she has done massive blookwork in the past and has found nothing else wrong. She told me that my best way of getting pregnant permanently might be through something called ISCI insemination of my eggs and then IVF. They would stimulate me to produce loads of eggs then the would retrieve them and insert my DH's sperm directly into the egg. Then they would select the strongest fertilized embryos and transfer them into my uterus. I have to call my RE and we are all going to sit down and talk. I'm not all the familiar with what ISCI (or if i even have those letters in the right order). I'm too tired to google it right now.
I am sad right now and I feel very very broken. What seems very very easy for some, can be so very gut wrenching for others. i wish i could change it all for everyone here!!!
I need to mourn right now and then I will move forward. GOD WILL NEVER GIVE ME MORE THAN I CAN HANDLE!!!! But getting close to the end! HUGS dear friends, I will return when I have worked through this! hopefully sooner than later!

Lynda I am so sorry Hopefully the Dr. can figure something out before you do IVF. If you do have any questions about ICSI let me know as we did it in our IVF cycle.
