So here I am on bedrest at least until Monday. (doc's app to review betas and see if this pregnancy is viable) In the meantime I have been instructed to drink plenty of water. I hate water. Is there a flavor packet I can use that will give me the benefit of water without added sugar and/or caffiene? I know it's a minor issue but this may be for the next 8 or so month. (crossing fingers!) Any advice?

Have you tried the propel packets? Not sure how much sugar is in them. I like the strawberry and mixed berry. (might be strawberry kiwi)
Praying that the little bean is doing great for you! Are you getting more betas drawn before Monday? I know you have had two but I am not sure if I have missed any posts. What were your last betas?

I had my second beta drawn yesterday but they said the results will take two days to come back. (they send their labs to quest) Since today is Friday that means the results won't be in today so I have to wait until Monday. I have an appointment on Monday at 1:15 with the actual doctor and we will go over my labs and hopefully I can talk her into another ultrasound to see if we can find anything.

That stinks that you have to wait. Waiting is always hard. Even if you have to wait one hour! I hope your betas double like they are supposed to! Will be thinking of you.
Hope you found something to add to your water that you like!

I am not sure if you like some sort of crystal delight type adds to your water but there are sugar free kind that will not harm you or the baby. Just find the ones with little to no added colors and such. There might be some other options for adding to your water. Like pure fruit concentrates that has no added sugar that you can blend with water and get it to your tastebud's liking. GL!

How about flavored seltzers?
Sometimes i take plain seltzer and put a splash of juice in to give it some sweetness.

These are very helpful suggestions, I am going to see if I convince my husband to buy some of these tonight so I can drink water like a good little momma.

Crystal light has a product called Pure Fitness - it contains no artificial sweetners and only has 30 calories a package (1 pkg. goes in 16 oz. of water)

OK, this might be a silly answer but I'm going to throw it out there anyway. I also hate drinking water.... well, *lukewarm* water, that is...
I've found that I enjoy water only if it is chilled with ice... A squeeze of lemon (or from a bottle) also helps make water more refreshing tasting.

oh lemon is a natural detoxifier as well!
I'd highly suggest using that instead of anything with aspertame in it.
You can drink unsweetend, caffiene-free herbal pregnancy tea!

I'd try to dissuade you from Crystal light or any of those things. I'm not a crunchy granola girl or anything but they are just so processed and I'm not sure they can be good for you.
Like the girls above. try lemon or lime or even a squeeze of orange juice is good.
Also, do you like iced tea? If you make a pitcher with decaffeinated tea bags or a decaffeinated herbal tea and store it in the fridge it's really good and don't add sugar. My ultimate favorite is Tazo's iced passion tea. Hate it hot but LOVE it cold. Lemon and ginger or even peppermint is nice cold. Peppermint tea was my go to for morning sickness.
