I finally got my very first positive OPK. yay!! I got it at 11 a.m. so supposedly I'd ovulate within 24 hours..but my OPK was almost positive yesterday as well... When do i need to BD to catch that egg? Is it ok if I wait till 10 p.m.? or tomorrow morning? or both?

I am slightly worried that I missed it this month because we haven't BD yesterday or the day before.

I usually start to BD when it's almost positive and BD untill I get a negative test..GL!

I would try and DTD every night from now until a few days after you get a negative OPK.

I thought the same about O'ing with in 24 - 36 hours after my first + OPK, but while using my CBEFM, I didn't get a peak on that until 2 - 3 DAYS after my + OPK. I then realized that is why it took me so long to get pregnant last year. Our timing was off. The first month that I used the CBEFM I got pregnant (even though it ended in m/c).

Your really tempting me into buying one!! Do you think they are worth the money? I've looked at them a few times, I just wasn't sure if it's worth it or not.

I thought it was well worth it. It seems to be more accurate than OPK's. Like I said, I used it one month and got a BFP. I know it didn't end well, but that's not the monitors fault. Once DH and I start TTC again, I will be using it again. Give a look on Ebay for them. You can find an unused one for a good price. When buying test sticks, which I got off of Ebay too, just make sure about the expiration date.

I did research before I bought mine and read a lot of excellent reviews on them A lot of women got pregnant with in the first couple of months of using it.

Thanks! That's where I looked was ebay....I'm going to seriously start looking as soon as I have some extra money, hopefully in the next couple weeks...I just won't tell DH ha ha.
