sounds good!
I'm about to put in a herb turkey breast...With it we will have mashed potatos, gravy, asparagus and probably green beans too....I also have a coconut cream pie in the fridge that we didn't eat last night.

Yum, you're all doing better than me!
I needed to use up some stuff in the refrigerator so we'll be having a meat, lentil and veggie (read onions, peppers, shredded carrots etc) sauce and rotini skillet dinner. It's really just spaghetti and meat sauce but I'm feeling lazy and that gives me one pan to clean. Also, I always use half ground beef and half lentils rather than all ground beef. Cheaper and definitely better for us.

Sounds very good what you all are making. My hubby is grilling Brats and hamburger patties. I'm making fresh salad containing romain lettuce, cucumber, tomato and some craisins for a little sweetness
