Today is my first RE appt and I am kinda nervous about it. I know my insurance doesnt pay for any type of fertility treatments and I am not sure about testing. So I am thinking we will probably just talk but not sure what goes on. Do they normally do a pelvic exam the first visit?

I had a pelvic done at my 1st, also had a trans vag ultrasound. Most of the appointment was spent going over my history, DH's history and our family histories. Lost of labs and future testing set up as well.

My first appt was not the norm... well we went in and talked to the doctor for about 45 minutes.... Then he realized I was cd3 and did not want to waste any time so I had bloodwork, an ultrasound and was given antibiotics and clomid... It was a whirlwind appt that left me feeling as though he had my best interest at heart.
