Hey Ladies sorry I have been MIA, we went on vacation to visit family in Colorado and then heading to San Diego for a few days after we landed in LAX. It was nice to get away, but I still stressed the entire time about TTC. I had posted my positive OPK's 2 weeks ago. I got almost positives on CD13, and then positives in CD 14-15 back to negative CD16. DH and I DTD CD 12, CD13, CD 14, and CD 15. We couldn't anymore after that because then we were staying at my MIL's house. I had fertile CM and even took Robettusion (sp?), and my CM seemed perfect. I though this for sure was our cycle. I thought I would get my period today (CD 28) as I am always regular and even had terrible cramps last night put in a tampon and nothing today not even a spot of blood I'm so confused?!? I am 10 weeks post D&C and still haven't gotten a period but thought since I ovulated and had cramps I would??

Now for some background I have had alot of pregnancy symptoms early on from 5DPO and they have gotten more pronounced:
-Sore and very veiny bb's
-little bumps on my areolas (only have had that in other pg)
-nausous
-wake up starving
-hot flashes I am always freezing I will take my jacket everywhere even in the summer but I'm always hot now
-feels like I a cold (stuffy nose snd sneezing) but not sick?
- headaches
-cramping
-heaviness feeling down below
-dizzy
-creamy cm (although last night I did have some clumpy blob looking cream colored cm with some pink in it?)
-Tired during the day, but a restless sleep at night usually a good sleepy unless preggo
-heartburn!!

But have been taking pregnancy tests since 8 DPO and they are negative. I'm so confused?? Can you ovulate and still not get a period? Or did I maybe ovulate later or implant later?

Also side note we weren't suppose to TTC this month as I was scheduled to have the LEEP procedure and I had it done today. But I just had to try when I knew I was ovulating. I told my Dr I still haven't had a period and the pregnancy came back negative her thoughts were maybe the surgery will jump start it?? If not when I go back in 2 weeks if I still haven't gotten it she will try a round of BC to start it which means more waiting to TTC....oh well I've waited this long what else do I have but time??

I wish I had some advice, but I'm really not certain about what's going on. Maybe you O'd later than you think? I know I don't O until 2 - 3 days after my +OPK. Maybe stress is delaying AF?

Thanks for responding hun! I had hoped someone would, because I have been all over the internet and have found nothing similiar to my situation . I just dont understand it? After the round of Provera I had some red blood for one day on the 31st of March and exactly 2 weeks later I ovulated now I am on CD 29 and no AF. I will be so mad if I ovulated later because then that means we didnt catch the eggy!! Grr this is so frustrating and I hate the Drs lets to just wait and see approach. I want to be able to know whats going on with my body, and it would be nice to know if I can even concieve, or am I putting all this work in for nothing?? On another note I did find something online. Something called Ashermans Syndrome Its when there is scar tissue blocking the opening of the cervix. The woman who have it ovulate like normal and get AF cramps on time but don't bleed (or bleed very much if she does) the blood is blocked from coming out so it goes back into the uterus and up their tubes. I am going to ask if she can schedule the test to check if I am blocked? That would explain alot. I mean my body is giving me all the signs and pains to show its working and my blood work I did to check my hormone levels are perfect. So were is AF??

Do you know how long your luteal phase usually is? I get AF 15-16 days after I ovulate, not the 'usual' 14 days. I wonder if that could be the case for you?

It is also possible to get a positive OPK and then not ovulate. Are you temping to confirm ovulation?

It is scary to read all the info about Asherman's Syndrome, and I would definitely not jump to that conclusion. I think it is also possible to have tissue blocking the cervix without actually having Asherman's. I also don't know how the LEEP would impact that.

I think you should get in touch with your doctor and see if they have any new ideas. Waiting is torture. It really sucks to not get AF after a D&C- but it will work out!

Thanks for responding Cricket. I don't know what is "normal" for me anymore now after the D&C. But before the D&C I was like clockwork always a 28 day cycle. Even after having my daughter it went right back to me getting AF on the 30th, 31st, 1st, or 2nd. Always at the beginning of the month and always 28 days after my last AF started.

I wish I knew knew how to tempt so I would know for sure if I o'ed its just so hard because I read you have to always have the same variables to get an accurate reading. Such as if you use one blanket you always have to use one blanket. You have to take it at the same time everyday. You won't get an accurate reading if you are a restless sleeper. I just know they would always be off. But who knows if thats what it takes I will do it.

I did monitor my CM this month and I had ewcm on the 14th, 15th, and 16th and have been mostly dry since. Except for creamy lotiony CM. So I don't think my body tried to O at a later time?

MY HCG is back down to 0 so I don't have any retained tissure blocking my cervix. And she was just in there yesterday during the LEEP and didn't say my cervix looked weird but then again she wasn't looking for anything but the abnormal lesions on my cervix.

I have an appointment in 2 weeks for a follow up on the LEEP she talked about putting me on BC pills after the procedure yesterday. I still have some from before TTC maybe if I start them now I might be able to start regulating my hormones and not have to wait an additional 2 weeks to start?

I don't want to jump to conclusions, and think the worst such as Asherman's. But I have had such bad cramping on 5DPO, then light cramping on and off, 9dpo cramping and lower back pain, and the bad AF type cramps where I thought I would start any minute at 11 DPO. And then nothing.

I can't even begin to get my hopes up I might be preggo because a BFP would show up by now if I am 13 DPO (if I O'ed on the 15th like I feel like I did). Right?
