So um ya, had to be there at 8am for this endometrial biopsy... what a fricken WASTE of the morning! I couldn't even have it done since I had started AF, sure wished they'd of told me that to begin with altho I did give them a copy of my FF chart the last time I was there. Granted they are cycle monitoring to figure out what's going on, but com'on they know my cycle is average 28-30 days normally. (29 to be exact)

However, it wasn't a total waste since they did my cycle day 3 blood work which they didn't get to do last month.

I asked about the clomid challenge, since they gave me the paperwork for it at the first appt... she said it's a no go on this cycle because she said it will mess up my endo lining and the biopsy won't be accurate. I wanted to FREAKING CRY... this is the cycle from MY GOOD SIDE!!!!! I don't want to waste it honestly!!!!!

The biopsy is scheduled for next thursday since that's mid cycle and ya know what? I'm NOT going to prevent this cycle, sorry, I don't have a lifetime to wait. If I get the biopsy then I mean shoot why couldn't we try this cycle? I don't understand why she said that if the freaking test is just before O?!

I'm so up in the air with all of this... getting paranoid that these tests and stuff won't get paid by the insurence. Which will be ending next month if not the end of this month so hope she gets it all taken care of before then. Not sure if I'm going to sign up for an individual policy before this one ends or not yet. So the nurse said that the bloodwork should all be covered, the procedures should be as well being that they're to see if there's something wrong not a fertility treatment which would be out of pocket expense.

Dunno anymore, sorta overrit today and feeling sorta over everything at the moment. Probably should take that nap I've been thinking about and hold off on the cleaning of the boys room unti; later so I can be enegized when they come home.

Sorry you had so much trouble at your appointment today. My u/s didn't show anything so I don't know what to think anymore. I hope you have some better luck with your blood work that you did get today! I don't blame you on not preventing this cycle. I hate being told that I can't try yet so I know how you feel.

Celena, the cycle that i had my biopsy done, my re told me to go ahead and try. They dont' take enough tissue for it to make any difference. I say go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you couldn't get the biopsy done today. Hopefully when you get the results back from the biopsy and bw it will give you some answers. I honestly woud try too if I were you. I wasn't suppose to try last month because I was scheduled for the LEEP procedure but knowing I was O'ing and not trying to catch the egg is just crazy when you are a die-hard TTC'er like all of us. Fingers crossed you won't even need the Clomid this month after all its coming from your "good-side" GL Hun and KUP!!!

Sorry to hear about your appt. I'm to where I hate going to the doctor because it seems like I either get bad news or I have to deal with idiots. I hope that your next appt brings good news!

I would totally go for it! Why not try? The amount of tissue taken for biopsy doesn't effect the lining and if this is your good side, take advantage.

I say go for it, too! If all this important information about when you can/can't get testing done can slip your doctor's mind, then why can't when you should/shouldn't TTC 'slip' your mind?

I am sorry that you are going through all this.. I hate when Dr's don't inform you and you show up for no reason. I have had that happen a few times... I say go for it.. Especially if this is your good side.. Good luck sweetie, and keep hanging in there and being strong.
