Well I did it, I splurged and bought one...I just hope to god DH doesn't find out ...I hope even more that it works! I also ordered 30 strips plus it comes with 23, so hopefully that's all i'm going to need.

Super easy... when you put new batteries in it when you recieve it you'll be "setting" it for the first time.

You want to do that on CD1 of when you wake up... it'll give you a 3hrs before you wake up and 3 hours after you wake up window to test on the days it says to test. It's so easy... when AF were to come the next cycle you press the "M" when you wake up to keep that certain window. Also it doesn't matter if you end up starting later in a day just reset by pressing the "M" the next am. CBEFM will have you start testing CD6 the first cycle or two anyways to learn your cycle.

It should come with instructions... if not I think they're downloadable from their website
