I know I am new to this board, but I am not sure who else to ask about this, and there might be some TMI.
I had a m/c 3 weeks ago Sunday. I had a D&C, and stopped spotting after only 2 days. DH and I had protected sex at the 2 week mark, when we were told it was ok. But...then we had unprotected sex twice in one day. We haven't used condoms ever, and we hated them, lol (sorry for the TMI). Anyways, I was plugging my cm into Fertility friend (just to keep track), and I think I o'ed on or the day after we DTD unprotected. I had o pains, ewcm, and a neg pregnancy test since my levels went back to almost zero by that point.
I am freaking out! Everywhere I read says to wait until af arrives. I don't want to lose another baby. We both are dying to get pregnant again. My DH is having an even harder time dealing with this than me. AAAhhhh!

Hi Hon, I have never needed a d&C, but when we were ttc after a mc, right away, my doctor told me that if my body wasn't ready to get pregnant. it wouldn't.

Thanks, I hope that is true. I guess it is good that after 5 years of being married, we can't keep our hands off each other (lol), but I feel so guilty I even risked it. Ugh.

Thats what my doc told me. If it was ready and things happened right then I would...if not then my body wouldnt. Try not to worry too much about it...things will work out.
Sorry about your loss...and good luck!

My doc always told me that it was okay to start whenever I felt ready - whether that was right after the m/c or waiting a cycle, or more. A friend of mine got pregnant with twins immediately after her m/c and delivered 2 healthy girls at 38 weeks!
I wouldn't worry!

I was told to wait only because it is harder to date, but like the other ladies said your body knows what's best. I hope everything works out for you. It would be so great to get pregnant so soon. I've heard several stories like that. Good luck!
