Do you have ovulation pains? Do you feel them everytime and have you always felt them? What do they feel like to you? I had some pain like I was going to start my period but it's too early. I don't know if it was o pains because I haven't been charting or temping. Just wondering if that was what I was feeling.

I've only had O pains once and I was taking clomid that cycle. It felt like really bad period cramps. I found out at my first u/s that I also have 2 cysts on my right ovary so that could've been why I was cramping so bad.

I have O pains every month. They feel just like period cramps, but I also have twinge like pains on whichever side its happening on.

I guess that I usually just ignore my body so much . . . it's amazing all the clues there are to what is going on if you just pay attention.
