Tomorrow I have the 'make or break' test. My OBs partner will be doing a saline injected ultrasound to see if the fibroid is protruding into my uterus. The GYN that I saw after my last loss suggested that this may be why I have had 2 early 2nd tri losses, the fibroid is obstructing the placenta from attaching properly so as the baby gets bigger and more demand is placed on the placenta, it detaches.

If this is the case, then we are probably done TTC. My OB has said in the past that the location of my fibroid makes it difficult to remove without a hysterectomy. PLEASE let this not be the case.

If it is not the fibroid then both losses were probably chromosomal and we will be given the green light to TTC.

I am so scared!!! If we can TTC, this month is probably out because tomorrow is CD15 of a 29 day cycle and, according to what I have read, we have to not BD for 48 hours after the procedure.

I can't stop thinking the "what if's". I know that we are very lucky to have 4 healthy children but I really miss my angels and I do not feel our family is complete.
