Our 4 year wedding anniversary is coming up in June. I am thinking of getting a cottage suite at a bed and breakfast. We got married at the vineyard and I just found out that they have cottage suites there.


Info about pricing, etc.

Weekend Price Per Night (Fri-Sat): $129
Weekday Price Per Night (Sun-Thur): $99
The enitre Cottage (3 Suites) can be rented out for $300 per night.
Maximum 2 guests per suite, 6 guests total for entire cottage.

Suite Amenities Include: King size bed, Jacuzzi Tub, private deck, located on beautiful vineyard grounds overlooking scenic lake, within walking distance of the winery, breakfast during the weekends at 9:30 at the Orchard, Complementary bottle of wine from winemakers selection, personal refrigerator.

Common Area Amenities: Full kitchen stocked with snacks, elegant dinning room, gas fire place

So what would you do? DH doesn't even have a day off this month. Our anniversary is on June 24th. Should I tell him to ask off and make sure he can get that day off and then book it. (not tell him what I am doing) OR Should I ask him if he wants to get a suite.

Also, trying to decide if I want to book a weekday (day of our anniversary) or weekend day? They only have breakfast on the weekend and it is $30 more.

There are 3 suites in the cottage and it says online that I can book all 3 suites for $300 vs. $99 or 129? Would you book the whole cottage? I think it would be kind of weird having to share a fireplace and kitchen with other ppl.

It gives all the information about the cottage and shows some pictures. I think I will be done with chemo by then so I figured that would be a nice mini vacation too.

Lol I was just thinking that I would probably have to tell my dh. We've done the b&b's a few times and love them. They are much better than hotels.
