I have to say that I AM NERVOUS... you know I hear it's "not a big deal" but you tend to have menstral type cramps for a day, maybe 2 and how you should take NSAID before you go. I'm just plain 'ol nervous. Think more than anything what the results might say or might not say. How much testing is it going to take before we get to the root of the problem? I'm wondering why they can't just do the fricken HSG tomorrow after the biopsy and knock it out in one shot?
I'm going to ask again about the clomid, altho next cycle I will be ovulating from the left side which is the "bad" side that I had my ectopic in. Which is another thing, my fertility is reduced 50% because of that happening. Which she said is still good numbers, but that we would find out more thru all this testing... so far the only thing that has turned up is the ureaplasma. I'd like to just see and know about the condition of my tubes. It's a strong possibility that the IUD had caused scar tissue. Or that the fibroid tumor is larger than thought and it is a factor in my losses?
Who knows... I have to leave it all in her hands and trust that she knows what she's doing, will figure it out and go from there. I can't help but to be so nervous I'm puking... the past few days I've been throwing up. Might be nerves?

Good luck, Celena! I wanted to add - my sister has a "bad" side due to scar tissue from a fibroid removal and her RE told her that you don't always alternate sides each month. It is not uncommon to ovulate from the same side twice in a row.
I will be thinking about you!
Kat.

Thanks ladies, I really appreciate it!
They totally screwed up my appt, somehow it got deleted?!?!?
No biopsy today even tho they told me to schedule it for today since last cycle we missed it. Anyways, it is supposed to be done on 2 days before af &/or day 12 of luteal phase. (which is what I read) So I was slightly confused that they wanted to schedule it for today... instead they did an u/s which showed 1 follie 14mm on the right side (good side) and also drew blood to see where I am at in my cycle as well to set an appt for biopsy.
That's it in a nutshell, nothing TOO exciting. I'm just a little annoyed by the whole confusion of the appt and the biopsy. Here I've been pukey for nothing!

Ya we're going to go ahead and just go for it, I'm not going to prevent especially when it's from the *good* side!
The nurses told me if I were ever to be pregnant when they did the biopsy, that many many ladies there at their office have had it done go on later to find out they were pregnant. So I wouldn't throw caution to the wind unless I knew it was "safe" to get ot be pregnant in the same cycle as the biopsy.
Does that make sense?
The only thing I was thinking of is "what if" on the treatment(s) if they found something abnormal? That's my only concern along with the obvious... fears of another loss, but if it truly is that I have some scarring or blockage in my left tube then my right tube is the way to go and I don't want to waste it. RE thinks this is the case since day 1, but wanted to rule everything out.
I think far too much... can you tell?
