It's been about 4 weeks since my D&C. I was charting, and it looks like my post-miscarriage cycle is very close to previous ones. I had ewcm on the same days as usual as well. I am due for my period tomorrow. I am so confused because I had my very distinct period symptoms (cramps, bloating) earlier this week, but af never showed and the symptoms went away. I have endometriosis and very painful periods, and this is the first time ever that I have had the terrible pain and no period. Do you think my body is just gearing up to start menstruation? I took a pregnancy test and it was clearly a BFN.

Very Possiable... but after a m/c and with your endometriosis it could be just a little delayed.. Hope AF shows shows for you... or a surprise BFP.... (I know you tested... but who knows!!!)

I didn't have a D & C but it took five weeks after my m/c for my next AF. Then the next cycle AF came two days early. It's really anyone's guess for that first cycle after a loss. It seems like ladies have been all over the place with how long the first AF takes to get here and what she is like when she comes.
