So, I have my day 10 US tomorrow to check to see how the follies are doing with clomid. Does anyone know what a good sized follie is? I want to have some idea of what they are talking about while i am in there.

i'm nervous and rediculously excited. I did a cycle of clomid last month but chose to wing it an not have any US. So, this month I am stepping it up a notch. they changed my days of taking clomid from 5-9 to 3-7 so I am anxious to see if my follies are going to be better? Who knows, so many questions. I hope this is our month with a super sticky bean. TTC with all my losses has really started taking it's toll on me. I'm so tired of it.

For a 10 day u/s... I'm not 100% sure.. I was brought in at about CD12-13 they were looking at follies to be around 17-20.... With that being said.... I have read differeing things.. that on clomid Follies grow 2 cm a day.. than I read somewere it can be as much as 4cm.... They goal is about 22-28 (I believe it is 28) Anything larger may luetineze and be "over cooked". And as long as you are producing follies.. they won't increase your dosage (for the most part) They start clomid out at the lowest 50, hoping for the best.. some Dr will start at 100... but will only increase the dosage if you are not producing of will be starting IVF,IUI, Injections.. and so on.

At CD10 follies around 10 and above are looking good.
