Ouch! I'm getting my first af after my back-to-back losses (chemical then missed m/c) and D&C. It hurts sooo bad. I'm bleeding a ton and after taking a Percocet, the pain is still putting me in tears. I have endometriosis so I am used to bad periods, but wow.

Anyone else experience this?

I might be concerned about that much pain. Especially if you are used to having painful cycles and this is worse. You might want to give your dr a call just to make sure its nothing serious. So sorry you are going through this added pain along with everything else.

Thanks! I'm going to see how to play out. The bleeding is not enough for them to be concerned. If the pain does not get better, I will go to the dr.

I had really bad cramps with my first AF and then it was back to normal. I hope the same for you. Sorry you are having so much pain.

I am sorry you are having so much pain. I have not had a post miscarriage AF as I am still going through mine but I do have Endo and for it to be worse than that it must be very painful. I hope you can get some relief and that it is short.

My first 6 or so periods after my loss were my most painful ever. I didn't need to take anything stronger than Advil thankfully, but my whole body would hurt. They did return to normal eventually. I hope that yours gets better soon!
