HOMEMADE Carolina Style Bar b que

Crock pot recipe....

1 pork tenderloin (approx 2- 5 lbs)
12 oz apple cider vinegar
1t red chili flakes
1T sugar (my addition)

throw it all in the crock pot on low, overnight and by morning you will have super tender falling apart carolina style pork bbq

you can play with the measurements... I have done allot more than this, so the exact measurements aren't there but you can add things like texas pete, garlic, whatever you like to it.

Sounds good.
Tuna salad sandwich:
1 small can of Tuna in water (drain water completely)
Mayo to make creamy
Relish for a little sweeter taste
pepper and salt for flavor
Mix together
Put in between two slices of bread with lettuce leaf and a few slices of tomato.
Easy and simply lunch!
Enjoy!!

Here is one of my favorite healthy recipes.

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
Jar of salsa like picante
1 pkg of taco seasoning

Mix your salsa and taco seasoning. Put your chicken in a crockpot set to low. Pour the salsa mixture over the chicken. Cook for 4-6 hrs. Shred your chicken with a fork when done. Scoop out a portion and put into a corn tortilla or a low fat flour tortilla. Add alittle low fat sour cream and yumo!!!

Quick, easy and tastes GREAT!

1 pound hamburger
1 Can (16oz) Baked beans (flavoured if you like)
2 Cups Cooked Rice (it can be instant rice, brown rice, or the "normal" take-forever to cook rice)

Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add Baked beans (liquid and all) to hamburger. Simmer for 3-5 minutes to warm beans. Serve over rice. DONE!

~We used to have this dinner a lot growing up, cheap meal. Just add a veggie and you've got your bases covered~

Stuffed Zucchini will be coming shortly! I just need a few large enough from my garden (it won't take long, they hide under leaves and get huge!) then I'll get my groove back on. I swear we lived on these last summer.

Anyone have any good beet recipes? I love them boiled with vinegar, grated raw on salads and every which way and am about to have a HUGE glut. That'll teach me to plant them all at once.
