I really want to lose about 15 lbs but not only this I want to eat healthy for my health. Its been a constant battle for me. I will eat healthy and then get off track.
I think it would really help to have some buddies that are ttc as well. I need some support and I know others do to.
If anyone would like to join me that would be awesome.
I'd love to join in with you! I've lost about 6 pounds but I'm hoping to lose another 8-10. I gained about 15 pounds during the wedding planning, so I'm trying to eat healthy to get that off. I don't want to change my exercise routine for fear of altering my cycles.
Count me in!

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
Jar of salsa like picante
1 pkg of taco seasoning
Mix your salsa and taco seasoning. Put your chicken in a crockpot set to low. Pour the salsa mixture over the chicken. Cook for 4-6 hrs. Shred your chicken with a fork when done. Scoop out a portion and put into a corn tortilla or a low fat flour tortilla. Add alittle low fat sour cream and yumo!!!
LOL Brandi - I had to laugh at your post. We eat grilled chicken breast, long grain wild rice, and broccoli about 3 times a week!! I try to make different kinds of chicken - lemon pepper, orange teriyaki, etc.
Also, I make stir fry a lot. I get different sauces, and mix brown rice, cut up chicken or shrimp and veggies.
